Deed and Real Estate Tax Affidavit Preparation

Although Limited Practice Officers may prepare deeds in Washington State, most of our clients prefer to have deeds prepared by attorneys and our attorney and staff enjoy working with these documents. 

Shared Well and Road Agreements

Many lenders are now requiring shared well, shared driveway and road maintenance agreements on existing properties before refinancing.  We can help.  Please note that different counties may have different requirements and procedures.  We service all counties in Washington State.
