Office:

The Office is located in Ellensburg, Washington the geographic center of Washington State and we service most of the State from this location.   

Appointments are available in other areas by advance notice.

Clients:

Our clients include locals, out of state businesses needing representation in Washington State, and we also represent out of state  individuals and attorneys in probate matters including opening ancillary probate, will contests, enforcement, and removal of personal representatives.  

2009 Kittitas County Flood Damage:

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I am potentially available to assist with legal issues arising from the January floods in Kittitas County.  If you do not have the ability to pay for legal services, I may be able to assist you on a Pro Bono basis.  Such assistance is, of course, subject to all the normal constraints of case review, intake evaluation, and conflict checks. 

In the event that the county receives federal disaster recognition, the Washington State Young Lawyers Division will coordinate Pro Bono services from lawyers who have previously taken the disaster legal relief training by the bar association.  I am on that list as well.
